Under the initiative of H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF), under the guidelines of the Ministry of Education and the General Women’s Union, the ATLG program was initiated to encourage Emirati women to play a contributory role in tech with mentorship and employment opportunities while establishing an indigenous digital ecosystem.
The ATLG program was introduced by Maqta Gateway CEO, Dr. Noura Al Dhaheri with the intention of increasing Emirati women’s involvement in the tech sector and to generate more awareness about it and how the tech industry is shaping the future for us all.
